Alexander Zyuba joined the firm in 2000. His principal areas of specialisation include Mergers & Acquisitions, General Corporate Services, Securities & Finance, Insolvency and Telecoms, Media & Technology.

Alexander’s experience includes the position of an in-house counsel for the CIS and the Baltic States operations of Tetra Laval. Alexander also worked for Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler as well as Mannheimer Swartling.

Alexander is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and a member of the Moscow Bar.
