On 22 February 2012, the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Russian Corporate Counsel Association held the Practical Issues in Applying Antitrust Law in Light of the Third Antitrust Package Conference, with participants including law firms having the most developed practice in the field. MZS speakers addressed the audience with the following topics: “Conditions for Liability and Relief in Antitrust Law” and “On Liability: the Latest Changes in the U.S. Antitrust Laws and Why Is It Important for Russian Companies”.
