MZS, acting for Mining and Chemical Concern - member of ROSATOM group, secured reversal of the judgment against the client in excess of RUR 1 bln.

On January 30, 2015 the Third Arbitrazh Appellate Court set aside the judgment of the Arbitrazh Court of the Krasnoyarsk Region dated October 27, 2014 on recovery of RUB 1.061 bln in damages from Federal Nuclear Enterprise “Mining and Chemical Concern” in favor of OJSC “Semiconducting Silica Production Plant”. We have been instructed by the Concern only at the stage of the appellate proceedings, but, acting together with the client's in-house lawyers, MZS team achieved dismissal of the claim in full.
